Keep your generals and units well sorted with this custom designed storage solution for Washington's War.

This insert is designed to use the existing cardboard insert which came with Washington's War. It consists of three major components:

Generals Trays: Printed in red for British and blue for American forces, each general gets a slot both for its large cardboard marker and its smaller wargame-style hex marker. A tight, snapping lid on top secures the generals and leaves them in place between plays. Both trays fit under the cardboard at the lower third of the existing insert.

Card Storage and Counter Stands / Overflow: Consisting of three separate card trays, these accommodate all of the cards in the game. The overflow area at the bottom holds all of the black general stands as well as miscellaneous other counters. These sit flush with the cardboard insert, so when maps and reference cards are placed on top at the end of play, no spillage occurs.

Hex/Counter Storage Bin: Consisting of 6 storage bins with a snapping lid, these hold the control hexes and army units. Note, the space in the game was insufficient to hold every cardboard counter, so a small number of excess control counters or army troops is stored in the card holder.

The focus on this insert was to create an affordable solution to keep weight and shipping costs lows. It is offered as only the general inserts or as an entire set.
