Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Items that have been used, assembled, or modified
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ll fix it.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may already be underway and cancellation may not be possible.
