This organizer has been expressly designed to store Normandy ’44 by GMT Games and Mark Simonitch. It provides a total of 192 counter storage bays spread across 8 trays. Comes with honeycomb storage box and lid which fastens securely in place.

The design features:

Capacity: Each bay holds up to 4 counters, allowing storage for 768 counters—enough for all game counters. Designed to accommodate 9/16" counters which are frequently used in Simonitch 19xx games.

The counter depth was kept fairly shallow such that divisions typically occupy 2-4 bins and can be organized by starting area of the board or turn of entry if designed, keeping play smooth. As the game only comes with ~500 counters, there is ample room to spread out and keep some bins only 1 or 2 counters deep.

In practice, we've found this to be much more usable than deeper trays which store 7-8 counters each. Finding the right counter is a challenge in all wargames, and this is designed to make it as easy as possible.

Secure Storage: Trays fit into a honeycombed storage box with a dovetail sliding lid that locks in place. The shake test (shown in the listing’s video and images) demonstrates that counters stay in position.

This comes printed in olive green and would accommodate any other 19XX title, particularly ones with higher unit counts and densities.
