Our organizer solves the problem of how to store Stalingrad 42 by throwing storage space at the problem. The organizer features 12 removable trays. Each tray has 24 separate bins, with 4 counters fitting to each bin. In total this is sufficient to store 1,152, nearly a third more than the number of counters in the game.

We've chosen to go this big for a reason. Normally for Simonitch games, our preferred organization method is to lump all starting counters together, and then sub-divide based on turn entry order the remaining units.

For Stalingrad 42, however, there are a huge number of reinforcement units which trickle in. Better to have too many bins than not enough. But we've given ample storage so that everything can be sorted sufficiently.

Trays then nest within two included boxes, with matching lids. The lids are dovetailed and have a clasp to close securely after sliding into place, keeping all counters secured while the game is in storage on the bookshelf.
