Fighting Formations is not a counter-friendly game. Squares, long vehicle rectangles, hexes, round markers, tiny status chits. Five countersheets in the base game, plus Kharkov on top of that. A sorting nightmare.

We answered the bell with what we're pretty sure is the most advanced wargame storage system out there. 

EVERY COUNTER HAS A HOME

Seven trays: three Soviet, three German, one miscellaneous. Every tray is labeled, and every bin is contoured to the exact counters it holds. The same depth-matched approach as our Donnerschlag organizer. No guessing, perfect fit.

SNAPPING LIDS

The lids on top of each tray are functional by locking each piece in place. They are also clearly labeled to know precisely what should be stored below. Looking for the lone 88 that comes with the game? It has a bin...you know where to find it.

ROOM FOR KHARKOV

The Battle for Kharkov expansion counters are built in and ready. 

CONTOURED SHAPE STORAGE

Weird hexes, command circles, oblong tanks, and square infantry. Everything fits into the shape of the trays. 

MARKER BIN

The tiny little status markers get labeled homes as well, in a 'hopper' style marker container, which is contoured to scoop by finger. 

ZERO LID LIFT AND VERTICAL SAFE

Fits flush in the box. Store it on the shelf however you like.
